Registrations Are Open For The 1st Class Of The Professional Doctorate In Judicial Provision And Human Rights

The Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat), in partnership with the Federal University of the state of Tocantins (UFT), opens applications for the first class of the Professional Doctorate in Judicial Provision and Human Rights on Thursday (January 16th). The selection process runs until February 14th, 2025, and all the information is detailed in the Notice No. 032 of 2024, rectified by the Notice No. 034 of 2024.

The program offers 15 places, distributed as follows:

  • Group 1 (TJTO): 9 vacancies for magistrates and 4 for permanent or commissioned civil servers.
  •    Group 2 (General Public - Justice System and Human Rights): 2 vacancies, 1 of which is for the general public and 1 is reserved for affirmative action (black, indigenous, quilombola and people with disabilities).

If there are no successful candidates in the affirmative action quota, the remaining vacancy will be redistributed according to the order of the groups.

Registration

Registrations must be made exclusively through the Competitions Management System of Esmat (SGC), available at the following link: https://sgc.tjto.jus.br. The registration fee is R$150.00 (one hundred and fifty reais) and must be paid via the Union Collection Form (GRU).

Candidates must submit the documentation required in the notice, including the research project, updated CV on the Lattes Platform, proof of payment of the application fee, among other documents.

Schedule

December 18th of 2024 – Publication of the Notice.

January 16th to February 14th of 2025 - Period of registration in the SGC system - Competition Management System of Esmat.

January 16th to February 14th of 2025 - Sending documents and sending of the Research Project, according to the item number 4 of this Notice via SGC system in PDF format.

February 19th of 2025 - Announcement of the approval of registrations – 1st stage.

February 19th to 20th of 2025 - Deadline for lodging an appeal – 1st stage, in the SGC.

February 21st of 2025 - Publication of the results of approved registrations after the appeals have been heard.

February24th to 27th of 2025 – Period of interviews (in person or virtually, to be defined by the selection commission in a specific notice).

February 28thPublication of the classification of the projects – 2nd stage. Publication of the result of Barema – ranking of Titles – 3rd stage.

February 28th to March 6thDeadline for lodging an appeal – 2nd and 3rd stages, in the SGC.

March 7thPublication of the result after hearing of appeals; Publication of the final result of the selective process, with the respective ranking order.

March 14th - Call for next classified candidates, in case of no-show or rejection of registration of the selected ones.
