With a call for the integration and strengthening of the work carried out in each district, the president of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins, Maysa Vendramini Rosal, officially opened on Friday (April 10th), the II Meeting of Court Clerks of the TJTO. Held in the auditorium of the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat), in the city of Palmas, the event brings together civil servers of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins (PJTO) who work in the administrative sphere of the boards of directors of the forum, in a programming aimed at exchanging information, the alignment of flows and the improvement of support for jurisdictional activities.

At the opening of the meeting, the president said that judicial service is not concentrated only in the capital, but it is carried out daily in all regions of the State, through the work developed in the districts and those who support the administrative routine of Justice.

“The Judiciary is not only here in the Capital; the Judiciary is from everyone, the Judiciary is the entire State, it is from all districts, everyone works with the Judiciary," she said, encouraging participants to seize the moment as a space for learning, dialogue, and institutional strengthening.

The justice also recognized the challenge of leaving the routine of the judicial units to participate in the event, but considered that the exchange of information and closer contact with the services of the Court strengthen management in the districts.

“This meeting here is a work meeting; we are here to improve our service delivery", she said.

According to the president, the proposal is to make each participant return to their district with more clarity about the institutional paths available, the services that can be activated and the limits and possibilities of support offered by the administration of the TJTO. Among the points mentioned, she stressed the importance of better knowing the structure of the Court to improve the administration of the forums and give more security to the work developed in the districts.

In welcoming the participants, Judge Esmar Custódio Vêncio Filho stressed the relevance of the meeting as an opportunity for interaction, updating and appreciation of the people who move the Judiciary on a daily basis. In his speech, he emphasized that institutional improvement necessarily involves caring for magistrates, and civil servers, understanding that a qualified team also needs to be strengthened to perform their functions well.

The programming, conducted by the administrative director of the TJTO, Carlos Henrique Drumond Soares Martins, is dedicated to the presentation, to the districts, of information on services, flows, systems and products made available by the administrative units of the Court.

For Fabiane da Silva Gomes, court clerk of the Forum of the District of Porto Nacional, the event represents a moment of appreciation and institutional rapprochement. "The meeting today has a great relevance for us clerks, as it symbolizes the recognition of our actions and the work we do. It provides, both to the most experienced and those who have recently joined the position, the opportunity to know more closely the structure that supports us and guides us in our demands," she commented.

Fabiane added that face-to-face contact strengthens bonds, promotes acceptance and reinforces the sense of belonging among participants, "making everyone recognize themselves as an integral part of a whole that effectively contributes to making a difference”.
