The auditorium of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO) will stage, next Tuesday, November 25th one of the most expected moments of the programming of the event on "Public Management: Good Practices, Governance and Probity": the lecture with the prosecutor of the National Treasury, professor and legal author Matheus Carvalho.
With the theme on "Adherence to the price registration act in light of the new Bidding Law", the panel will address the changes and challenges brought by the Law no 14.133, of 2021, exploring the practical possibilities of public procurement and the legal limits of adherence to the price registration act.

Known nationally for his didactics and experience in the area of Administrative Law, Matheus Carvalho is an author of legal reference works and creator of the project on "Specialist Reference”. At the age of 24, he had already won the position of prosecutor of the state of Goiás; today, as prosecutor of the National Treasury and master in Social Policies, he is dedicated to the training of professionals of excellence in the public area.
Conducted by the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) in partnership with the Court of Auditors of the State of Tocantins (TCE), the State Prosecution of Tocantins (MPTO) and coordinated by Judge Arióstenis Guimarães Vieira, the event is free and has a 6-hour class load.
