Esmat Promotes Free Event With Experts Of The TCE (Court Of Auditors Of The State), MPTO (State Prosecution) And Judiciary On November 25th

Focusing on the appreciation of transparency, ethics and good management of public resources, the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) promotes, on November 25th, the event on "Public Management: Good Practices, Governance and Probity". The initiative is carried out in partnership with the Court of Auditors of the State of Tocantins (TCE-TO) and with the State Prosecution of Tocantins (MPTO), coordinated by Judge Arióstenis Guimarães Vieira, and it will be broadcast live on the virtual platform of Esmat (SAV/YouTube), starting at 8 am, with face-to-face programming in the auditorium of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO).

Aimed at magistrates, civil servers, members of the Justice System and municipal managers, the event is intended to offer a technical and updated approach on the main challenges of public administration.

Five thematic tables are planned, with the presence of experts who work directly in the areas of control, supervision and administrative accountability, addressing topics such as the New Law of Improbity, the Limits of the Sanctioning Power, the Implications of the New Bidding Law and the Impacts of Systemic Corruption.

Among the confirmed names are those of the prosecutor Tarso Rizo, the prosecutor of the National Treasury Matheus Carvalho, the auditor of external control João Paulo Landin Macedo, as well as magistrates and representatives of the TCE (Court of Auditors of the State of Tocantins) and the MPTO (State Prosecution). Throughout the day, the debates will be moderated by judges and promoters with direct action on issues of integrity and governance.
