On Thursday and Friday (October 17th and 18th), the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) held a workshop for magistrates and civil servers on productivity, focusing on the parameterization of domestic violence and femicide cases. The aim of the activity was to highlight the importance of correctly registering the classes, matters and procedural movements related to domestic violence and femicide, with a view to proper accounting in the official statistical reports of the National Council of Justice (CNJ).
The training, led by facilitator Kellen Cleya dos Santos Madalena Stakoviak, included discussions on the parameterization of cases, with a focus on classifying classes and matters pertaining to these crimes. In addition, the National Goal 8, its definition, registration and procedural movement were discussed, as well as the Quality Award of the CNJ, which includes indicators on domestic violence, femicide and emergency protective measures.
