Registrations are now open for the International Seminar: “DERECHOS DE LA NATURALEZA: PAZ, INTERCULTURALIDAD Y DERECHOS AMBIENTALES”, which will take place in the city of Palmas in the auditorium of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO) on November 5th, starting at 8:30 am. The event will be broadcast live via the Virtual Platform of Esmat, with lectures by renowned researchers from Brazil and Italy to discuss topics such as the Right to Climate, the Right to Nature, Citizen Assemblies and Democratic Participation, as well as other issues relevant to the area.
The general objective of the Seminar is to present notions about the necessary dialogue with public and private entities to promote environmental protection. During the event, topics such as Environmental Protection in the Judiciary, Administrative Simplification and the Consolidation of Spaces for Discussion and Reflection on Environmental Law will be addressed.
Target audience
The event is aimed at civil servers, Judges, trainees and employees of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins, as well as students, teachers/professors, professionals and members of the Brazilian Justice System and members of the community in general. Registrations are open on clicking here.
