Esmat Trains The External Public In The Use Of The Unified Procedural Tables Of The Judiciary

Led by Kellen Cleya dos Santos Madalena Stakoviak, who holds a master's degree in Judicial Provision and Human Rights (UFT/ESMAT), lawyers, members and civil servers from the Public Defender's Office and the State Prosecution took part on Monday (June 24th) in the Workshop on Registering Health Law Cases for Users of the eProc System.

Requested by the Law Judge and General Coordinator of the NatJus-TO, Milene de Carvalho Henrique, the purpose of the activity was to train the participants in the efficient and appropriate use of the Unified Procedural Tables of the Judiciary and how to handle them in the eProc system.

Opening the workshop, Judge Milene thanked Esmat for organizing the training and highlighted the commitment of the participants. "We have two excellences, Esmat and Kellen, and I asked for this course especially for you, because you are essential to the Judiciary. With the collaboration of each one of you, we will be able to improve our processes and thus better serve our population", she commented.

For Judge Gil de Araújo Corrêa, "the correct indication of 'Health Law' issues, as well as the initial direction of demands to the specialized courts, with emphasis on the option for the Center of Justice 4.0 of Public Health, whose competence covers all the districts of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins, contributes significantly to speed and jurisdictional response, in addition to allow equivalence of legal treatment in identical situations, which reduces uncertainties for the jurisdictions, as well as assertiveness and compliance with what is right".

In addition to the external public, Esmat will also hold the second class of the workshop tomorrow (Tuesday, June 25th) for magistrates, advisors and civil servers of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins. The workshop aims to make users aware of the importance of using "Health Law" issues correctly in cases on this subject, demonstrating their direct impact on the distribution and management of cases in the judicial units.
