Seminar Focusing On Networking In Favor Of Zero Landfill In The State Of Tocantins Will Be Held This Week In The City Of Palmas

The IV Seminar on Socio-Environmental Management with the theme: Networking for zero landfill in the State of Tocantins will be held this week, on June 13th and 14th (Thursday and Friday), in the auditorium of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO).

Programming

On the 13th, the opening programming is scheduled for 5 p.m. with cultural presentations and a keynote speech by the Auditor of the External Control of the Court of Auditors of the State of Pernambuco, who will present an overview of solid waste management in his State.

On the 14th, the activities will begin at 1:30pm with talks on sustainable solutions for waste management and on integrated solid waste management with a focus on the closure of dumps.

The Seminar is open to the public and those interested can register clicando aqui.

The event, promoted by the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins, through the Coordination of Socio-Environmental Management and Social Responsibility (Cogersa) in partnership with the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat), aims to promote the integration and mobilization of different social, institutional and business actors in the State of Tocantins to build collaborative and sustainable strategies, with a view to eliminate garbage dumps and promote responsible socio-environmental management practices, and it will be in hybrid format.

Note. Only participants registered in cities in the interior of the State of Tocantins and other regions will have access to the Event broadcast.
