The Court of Justice of the State of Rio Grande do Sul (TJRS) promotes, in partnership with the National Chamber of Precatory Managers (CNGP), the virtual course on "Constitutional Amendment no 136 of 2025: Changes in the rules of processing and payment of precatory". The training is available on the platform Center on Training and Development of People of the Judiciary of the state of Rio Grande do Sul (CJUD).
The course is open to the public and it aims to disseminate updated knowledge on the subject of precatory, promote the standardization of understandings and technically prepare professionals for the challenges arising from the new system, contributing to the strengthening of legal certainty in the management and execution of precatory.
The initiative was attended by judges and magistrates responsible for the management of precatory in Courts of Justice throughout the country, providing a wide exchange of experiences and enriching the practical approach to the subject. The target audience includes magistrates, civil servers, trainees and legal residents of the Judiciary, as well as other interested parties in deepening the subject.
