
The Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) will hold, in the period from September 9th to 12th, the course on Preparation of Civil Judgments and in the Special Court, aimed at assessors of magistrates of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins.
With a workload of 16 class hours and developed in face-to-face mode, the activities aim to train the participants in the elaboration of civil judgments and sentences in the Special Civil Court, emphasizing the analysis and understanding of the facts, the evaluation of the oral test and the construction of the legal foundation, ensuring reasoned decisions, fast and aligned with the principles of the due process.
Under the coordination of Judge Wellington Magalhães, the course will be taught by Professor Tiago Gagliano Pinto Alberto, post-doc in Law, from the Pontifical Catholic University of the state of Paraná (PUCPR).
