First Meeting Of The Program On Laboratory Training Takes Place On Wednesday (November 27th)

The Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) began the “Training of Laboratory Experts” on Wednesday (November 27th). In this first meeting, questions about innovation in the Public Sector and the Judiciary were addressed, exploring concepts such as Design Thinking, visual thinking, empathy and co-creation of solutions.

Until Friday (November 29th), the magistrates and civil servers of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins will be guided through ideation processes and introduced to prototyping, including the fundamental elements for its construction, cycles and levels of complexity. This practice, in addition to training, seeks to highlight the importance of the prototyping culture in the context of the Judiciary, promoting a practical and collaborative approach to solve institutional challenges.

The course, taught by professors João Guilherme de Melo Peixoto and José Faustino Macedo de Souza Ferreira, aims to promote the use of new working methodologies, forms of collaboration, stimulating creativity and critical thinking, making a significant contribution to strengthen innovation and benefit the justice system in the state of Tocantins.
