The training, which lasts 20 hours, takes place in a hybrid format (face-to-face at Cejusc, Ulbra and with distance learning activities on the Virtual Learning Environment – AVA of Esmat), with the aim of providing financial education and psychosocial guidance on consumption and ways of dealing with debts.

The project is part of a set of measures established by the Law No. 14.181, of July 1st, 2021, which amended the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078, of 1990), especially the article 104-A of that law, regarding the process of collective debt renegotiation.
