On August 1st and 2nd, the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) will hold a course on contracting engineering works and services in accordance with the Law 14.133 of 2021. Thirty places will be available for civil servers from the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins who are interested in taking part in the training.
Registrations open on July 16th and they will be done by indication, in the specific SEI Process, and then validated by the Academic Secretariat of Esmat.
Rafael Jardim Cavalcante, a federal external control Auditor and head of the TCU for more than ten years, will be responsible for teaching the course. With a workload of 16 hours, the training will take place in person at Esmat and it aims to enable civil servers to perform the main acts necessary for planning, judging and inspecting public works, in accordance with the Law No. 14,133 of 2021.
