Esmat Holds Course On Judicial Management With A Focus On Strengthening Competencies

The course on "Judicial Management: Strengthening Competencies", held from May 28th to June 27th, focused on knowledge about the organization and structure of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins, addressing issues related to management, functions, environment, systems and conduct, with a focus on improving the professional practice of the civil servers of the Judiciary.

The activities were conducted remotely through the Virtual Learning Environment of the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (AVA/Esmat), and taught by journalist and facilitator in simple language Tarcísio Vória. In a statement, he emphasized that this initiative represented an opportunity to use audiovisual resources and present the structure of the Judiciary. 

"Once again the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins is innovating and providing us with a valuable experience. And in this course, through audiovisual resources and the virtual learning platform, we present the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins beyond the borders of the State in simple and accessible language. Now, in different parts of the country and the world, people can see and understand our contribution and commitment to provide justice for our population," he shared.

During the course, several essential aspects were explored in order to understand the organization and functioning of the Judiciary, both nationally and specifically in the State of Tocantins. With regard to systems, Eproc, SEI, SEEU, PJECOR, GISE, EGESP, IDP, SAV and AVA were presented, each performing specific functions from process management to the training and educational support offered by Esmat.

People management practices also include orientation, training, psychosocial support through the Psychological Support Center (NAPsi), and health services, which stand out as fundamental to the well-being and efficiency of the civil servers of the Judiciary.
