The course on People Management, Mental Health and Valorization began on Monday (June 10th), with the aim of developing competencies and skills for effective management for civil servers and magistrates in the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins. The training, given by facilitator Carlos Mendes Rosa, a Psychoanalyst and post-doctoral student in psychology at the University of the State of São Paulo, lasts 50 hours and it is being held in person at Esmat.
The meetings run until June 12th and aim to ensure a healthy working environment, reduce absenteeism and increase employee productivity and satisfaction, as well as increasing productivity and organizational success.
