Aimed at civil servers from the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins, the training aims to provide theoretical and practical grounding for public agents to effectively and efficiently monitor and control contracts, using the best and most up-to-date management and inspection practices.

The course lasts 20 hours and ends this week, on May 10th (Friday). Until the end of the day, the students will be immersed in several subjects, from the conception of the procurement process to the practical application of the new Bidding Law.

In addition, the civil servers will thoroughly analyze the context of Administrative Contracts in the light of the recent Law No. 14.133/21, exploring everything from formalization to mandatory clauses, and they will discuss the link among the call for tenders, the winning proposal of the bidder and the act authorizing the direct contracting.
