Course At Esmat: Professor Highlights New Theories And Legislative Changes In Judicial Reorganization

Professor Daniel Carnio Costa began the course on "Theory and Procedural Practice in Judicial Recovery" at the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) this Friday (February 23rd), addressing the new theories and legislative updates in the area. The training, aimed at magistrates and their advisors, aims to provide an in-depth understanding of the procedures and challenges faced in Judicial Recovery by March 15th.

Developed by Esmat, the course aims to provide solid, specialized training so that it can be applied in the processes of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins. With a 32-hour workload, the next classes will be taught by professors Bruno Oliveira Castro, Jéssica Peixoto de Farias and Herisberto e Silva Furtado Caldas. Each will address a specific aspect of Judicial Recovery, from its context in Agribusiness to preventive and repressive conduct to avoid distortions in the objectives of this process, based on relevant professional experiences.
