Esmat holds course Disseminating the Institutional Strategy of the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) for the 2021-2026 six-year period

Started this Friday (June 18th), the course Disseminating the Institutional Strategy of the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) for the sexennium 2021-2026. Held by the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins, the proposal is to develop basic skills for understanding the process of Strategic Planning Esmat, promoting the inclusion of servers in the debate and detailing of institutional strategy.

Classes will be held in the Distance Learning modality, with a course load of 45 hours and will last until July 11, 2021. It is intended for employees, interns, collaborators and magistrates of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins who work at the Superior School of Magistrates of Tocantins (ESMAT). The activities will take place through Esmat's Virtual Environment and Google Meet Platform.

According to Vinícius Fernandes Barboza, head of the Esmat Academic Division, the communication of the Esmat Strategic Planning in a training format is the last step in the development of the strategy, because it creates a framework for the progressive evolution of the School in the period from 2021 to 2026. "With that, from this training, the School's employees will start the execution and monitoring of educational and administrative actions in pursuit of the proposed objectives based on the macro-challenges established by the National Council of Justice, which makes Esmat aligned with the national strategy of the Judiciary," he said.
