Course on institutional strategy analysis 2021-2026 - Esmat starts its classes

The course on Institutional Strategy Analysis 2021-2026 - Esmat started on Monday (June 13th). Held by the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT), the training proposal aims to involve employees in the execution of the institutional strategy of the school, enabling the achievement of objectives and the formulation of new strategies.

With a workload of 40 hours, the nominated and registered students must participate in the activities, from June 13th to July 5th, 2022, to be developed remotely, via the School's Virtual Learning Environment. The course will promote the alignment of civil servers with the improvement of management activities, monitoring, evaluation, and development of educational actions.

According to Vinícius Fernandes Barboza, head of the Esmat's Academic Division, the course will promote more engagement of the servers with respect to the execution of the Esmat's planning, "in addition to meeting the basic principle of the NBR ISO 9001:2015 standard which is the continuous improvement of the processes and prepare them for the internal and external audits, to be held in July of this year and in August, respectively. All this effort will ensure that the School remains certified in the "Development of individual and organizational skills for the improvement of judicial provision, through courses and events" scope in the NBR ISO 9001:2015 standard," he explained.

Administrator CRA-TO no. 03045. Specialist in Business Management from the Federal University of the State of Tocantins and Master's student in Judicial Provision and Human Rights by UFT. Experienced in the implementation and management of quality management system, based on ISO: 9001:2015, internal audit, SWOT analysis, BSC and institutional strategic planning. Currently serves as the head of the academic division of the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) - Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO).
