Registrations are open for the course on land governance, land regularization, land law and real estate registry

Registrations are open until May 18th, 2022, for the course on Land Governance, Land Regularization, Land Law, and Real Estate Registry, to be held by the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT), with a class load of 40 hours, in the distance learning modality.

The course aims to train magistrates, male and female Judges, and servers from the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins, so that routines involving land conflicts are standardized, thus fulfilling Goal 13 of the Management Plan of the General Internal Affairs of Justice (Biennium 2021-2023), which covers Land Governance, Land Regularization, Land Law, and Real Estate Registry.

There are 80 vacancies available for magistrates, and servers from the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins, who preferably work with agrarian and land conflicts.

The classes will be taught by the professors Richard Martins Torsiano and Roberto Élito dos Reis Guimarães, and with interaction on the Virtual Learning Environment by the facilitators Jocy Gomes de Almeida and Wagner Jose dos Santos, from May 31st to June 30th, 2022.
