Class VII of the public attending course in public service is finished

The seventh class of the Public Attending in Public Service was completed this Tuesday (26th), in distance learning mode. Held by the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT), the training aimed to provide a reflection to change attitudes about the aspects that help and those that harm the day to day of everyone.

Taught by the facilitator Adriana Magna Sousa da Silva Ramalho, the course offered 80 vacancies distributed among public servers, magistrates, trainees, employees and accredited personnel from the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins, and public servers from the School's partner organs.

The course, which had its inaugural class on March 29th, approached topics such as: PUBLIC SERVER IMAGE AND POSTURE, ETHICS AND PROFESSIONAL ETIQUET; ASSERTIVE, NON-ASSERTIVE, AGGRESSIVE COMMUNICATION AND ITS IMPACTS; PERCEPTION AS A STARTING POINT FOR RELATIONSHIPS; SYSTEMIC VIEW OF SERVICE; ESSENTIAL SERVER SKILLS; INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIP; HOW TO DEAL WITH EMOTIONS AND CONFLICT, among others.
