Course on Public Registries Law and Rural Land Regularization has its web classes started

The Web classes of the course on Public Registries Law and Rural Land Regularization began on Monday (October 17th). Held remotely, the training aims to promote knowledge in order to disseminate the general notions of Public Records, from the detailed and in depth analysis of the Law number 6.015, 1973, and its updates.

The course is offered by the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT), with a class load of 60 hours, and the activities will continue until December 16th, 2022. In order to prepare magistrates and public servers of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins; public servers linked to federal, state or municipal institutions, in charge of the land issues within the scope of their competencies, the training has among its specific objectives the study of the main legal institutes and their registrability, such as usucaption, fiduciary alienation in guarantee and other real rights that cause consequences in the Real Estate Registry.
