Esmat promotes general Law of Data Protection Course

Aiming to promote knowledge about Law number 13.709, of 2018, providing guidance to the participants on concepts, best practices and deepening in the structures of this legislation and its applicability in developing activities, the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) is developing the General Law of Data Protection course.

The training began on October 25th and it will continue through December 1st of this year. With a class load of 24 hours, the course is aimed at servers and employees of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins.

Taught by facilitator Davis Souza Alves, the course is being held remotely via the GOOGLE MEET platform. Among the specific objectives of the course are to contribute to the development of the server as a professional and citizen; to stimulate self-development and the continuous participation of the servers of the Information Technology Board in the actions of knowledge and citizenship; to provide the democratization of information and the dissemination of knowledge produced within the Judiciary; to improve the judicial services provided to society.
