With A Focus On Results, Management Of The Tjto Participates In Workshop On Strategic Alignment For The 2025-2027 Cycle

President, auxiliary judges, judge of the Support Center for the Courts (Nacom), chiefs of staff, directors and advisors of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins participated, Monday and Tuesday, March 2nd and 3rd, of the Workshop on Strategic Alignment and Focus on Deliveries - Consolidation of the Legacy Management 2025-2027. The initiative is from the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO), through the General Directorate (Diger), in partnership with the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat).

“The goal of this course is to improve our activities and deliver our management with teams prepared for this rather challenging work, as we still have many challenges until the end of the year. Since the teams are united and integrated, this allows us a lighter work and consequently a quite productive and light improvement as well. Thus, we are working to ensure that the management is completed successfully", said the president of the TJTO, Maysa Vendramini Rosal.

In order to strengthen the focus and commitment of the team to complete the priority projects of the Management Plan of the TJTO (2025-2027), the Workshop featured interactive dynamics, conceptual reflections, and discussions by participants that reinforce a sense of belonging, the appreciation and institutional pride.

“We are doing the workshop to evaluate the first year of our progress in the Management Plan, both the execution of projects and the behaviors that we had and that resulted in these good deliveries. Although satisfied with the result so far, we cannot settle. We must keep the teams united and focused on completing the ongoing projects", considered the general director.

About the Workshop

With a 12-hour workload, the workshop was conducted by the high-performance people consultant Ricardo Ramos de Cerqueira, based on group dynamics in which strategic points of the 2025-2027 Management Plan were discussed, identifying the achievements of the first year of management and the organizational behaviors that enabled the main results, as well as what can be achieved in this last year of exercise.

The consultant, who also conducted the workshop at the beginning of the management, explained that "When president Maysa came in, before actually starting management, she brought together the entire team of directors to align the staff with the goals and purpose of management. And now, a year later, we have a WORKSHOP to monitor whether what was agreed at that moment is being delivered effectively", concluded the consultant Ricardo Cerqueira.
