Health Center Of The Court Will Start Psychosocial Monitoring Of Magistrates And Civil Servers In Special Working Conditions From March

The Health Center of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (Cesau/TJTO) will initiate psychosocial support for magistrates and civil servers in special working conditions, as per the Resolution No. 343 of the CNJ of 2020, and regulated within the Judiciary by the Resolution No. 3, from 2021, starting from March of 2026.

Employees with disabilities, reduced mobility, severe psychological or autoimmune illnesses, at-risk pregnancy or who have children or dependants in such conditions have priority for teleworking in the Judiciary of the state of the Tocantins. The rule is provided for in the Article 7 of the Resolution 3, 2021.

The initiative aims to offer technical and humanized support, respecting the particularities of each person, contributing to the prevention of illness, emotional strengthening and maintenance of work capacity.

Service

Interviews will be scheduled in advance, and the service will be carried out by a multiprofessional team, ethically, secretly and aligned with institutional regulations, considering the specific needs related to the conditions that motivated the concession of the special work regime.

The professionals of psychology and social service of the Psychosocial Service of Cesau will be responsible for monitoring, which meets the Comprehensive Health Care Policy, established by the National Council of Justice, and it aims to promote mental health, well-being and quality of life in the workplace.
