TJTO, Esmat, Palmas Forum And Nai Will Have Office Changed This Thursday (October 30th) For Fumigation Services

The Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO), the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat), the Forum of the District of Palmas and its Archive, in addition to the Integrated Service Center (NAI), will have their schedule adjusted this Thursday (October 30th). On that date, the units will operate in the morning, from 8 to 12 pm, to allow for fumigation services.

The measure is part of the second stage of the annual fumigation cycle of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins, which began on October 24th and it is scheduled to take place until November 15th. The schedule includes judicial and administrative units throughout the State, with possible operational adjustments according to the established planning.

The action seeks to ensure safer and healthier working environments for magistrates, civil servers, employees and for the public that daily attends the Judiciary.

The procedure requires the temporary interruption of activities, since the use of chemicals may pose health risks during its application and it requires continuous execution without the possibility of interruption.

The adjustment in the schedule is provided for in the Judicial Decree no 604, which authorizes the performance of services and guides the operation of units during the period of application.
