The Annual Mandatory Update System of 2025 was reopened, exceptionally, so that the twenty civil servers that have not yet completed the update regularize their situation. Deadline is September 10th.
According to the Directorate of People Management, after the settlement of pending issues, the data will be validated on working days, and the release of the salary of the civil servers will be effective within 48 working hours after validation.

According to the paragraph III of the article 2 of the Resolution n° 2, of February 20th, 2014, which deals with the documentation required for possession and annual registration update, magistrates and civil servers are required to keep the data updated and supplement their registrations whenever the Administration requires, in accordance with the rules set forth in the convocation act.
Failure to comply with this obligation causes the immediate blocking of the internal systems of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins and the blocking of payment in the subsequent sheet. In case of failure to carry out the update, which includes the declaration of assets and values, the penalty of dismissal may still be applied.
