With color, attitude and purpose, the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO) starts on this Thursday (June 5th), the World Environment Day, the official programming of the Environmental June.
The opening will be at 1 pm, at the Court, and it will be attended by Justice Ângela Prudente, president of the Management Commission of the Sustainable Logistics Plan (CGPLS), responsible for conducting sustainable actions in the Judiciary.
Among the highlights of the opening is the inauguration of the Sustainable TO Tree, which symbolizes the collective commitment to environmental preservation, and the green lighting of the building of the TJTO, which visually assumes a leading role in mobilizing for a more balanced planet.
To get in the mood, magistrates, servers, trainees, employees and volunteers were invited to wear green on this day, a simple but powerful gesture that reinforces institutional engagement with the cause.
Sustainability on the agenda
The Environmental June is promoted by CGPLS and the Coordination of Socio-Environmental Management and Social Responsibility (Cogersa), and it follows the guidelines of the Sustainable Logistics Plan of the Judiciary.
Programming is a call for collective action, with the aim of raising awareness, training and mobilizing the entire legal community and society to confront climate change and build a decarbonized future.
