Attention: Magistrates And Civil Servers Must Update Their Records By June 30th

Magistrates and active civil servers of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins must carry out the mandatory annual registration update as of June 1st. The deadline is June 30th.

The measure, provided for in the Resolution No. 2/2014 of the TJTO, is essential to ensure the regularity of functional data, as well as reinforcing the principles of transparency, integrity and accountability in public management. The obligation applies to all active civil servers, whether permanent, commissioned or in positions of trust.

How to do it?

The procedure is simple and it must be carried out directly in the Egesp system.

Check out the step by step

Log on to EGESP;

Click on the “Servers/Magistrates Register” tab;

Update all the information requested;

At the end of each step, click on “Save and Send”;

Wait for the message: “Wait for your data to be validated”;

Once finished, you will see: “Your update has been successfully completed”.

Required documents

Declaration of assets and values (the same as for the income tax return).

Negative certificates from the following bodies:

Federal Justice;

Electoral Justice (TSE);

Military Justice (Union and State);

Common Justice (civil and criminal) of the counties where you have resided in the last five years;

Labor Justice;

Court of Auditors of the Union (TCU) and the State (TCE);

National Council of Justice (CNJ);

Council or professional body (when registration is required for the position);

 State Public Treasury (tax debts);

 Declaration of non-accumulation of public positions.

Attention!

Failure to comply within the deadline will result in blocked access to internal systems and suspension of payment, which will only be reinstated after regularization.

Why is it mandatory?

The updating of records always takes place after the deadline for submitting the Income Tax Return and it aims to guarantee the permanent updating of functional data. A measure that strengthens administrative security, legal compliance and the integrity of the information of those who work in the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins.
