The first Training of Trainers: Teacher Development of the year will be held by the National School for the Training and Improvement of Magistrates (Enfam) from February 19th to 21st. The course - Level 1, Module 1 - provides notes and guidelines for improving future educational actions, considering good practices and theoretical-methodological aspects, according to the Pedagogical Guidelines of Enfam and educational literature. The training also provides relevant reflections on educational practice, considering aspects of pedagogical planning and teaching.
Goals
Among the objectives of the training are the organization and planning of educational actions for the development of competencies; the application of pedagogical foundations in line with the guidelines of Enfam; analysis of teaching practices and the role of teaching in the context of the judiciary, as well as the development of skills, including planning, executing and evaluating educational activities.
Target audience
The 60 places available are intended for judges and civil servers from the federal and state courts to improve their teaching skills in a collaborative environment.
