Judiciary Of The State Of Tocantins Promotes Virtual Caravan Of Intelligence Centers From The States Of Tocantins, Federal District And Minas Gerais

On December 5th, 2024, the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins (PJTO) will hold the Virtual Caravan of Intelligence Centers. The event, which will be broadcast live on YouTube on the channel of the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat), will be attended by various authorities and experts from the National Council of Justice (CNJ), the Intelligence Center of the Precedent Management Center of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (Cinugep-TJTO), the Center on Justice Intelligence of the State of Minas Gerais (CIJMG) and the Demand Profile Monitoring Center of the Court of Justice of the Federal District and Territories (Numopede - TJDFT).

The coordinator of Cinugep, Judge Manuel de Faria Reis Neto, highlights the importance of this event. “The Virtual Caravan of Intelligence Centers is an important initiative to promote the exchange of experiences and good practices among the courts, the legal community and the general public. I am honored to participate and contribute to the panel on the Technical Note 16, which deals with issues such as electronic signatures, judicial powers of attorney and the facing to anomalies in litigation. It was built in partnership among Cinugep-TJTO, CIJMG-TJMG and Numopede-TJDFT, showing how networking strengthens the creation of innovative solutions aligned with the needs of the judiciary.”

Programming

Official Opening: At 10 a.m., the official opening will be conducted by federal Judges Daniela Pereira Madeira, advisor to the National Council of Justice (CNJ), and Ana Lúcia Andrade de Aguiar, member of the Center for Intelligence of the Judiciary at the CNJ (CIPJ).

Preliminary Reflections: Counselor Luiz Fernando Bandeira de Mello Filho of the CNJ (to be confirmed) will address the relevance of digital transformations in the Judiciary, focusing on ethics, law and the construction of protocols for coordinated actions.

Initial Considerations: Justice Pedro Nelson Coutinho, President of Cinugep, will introduce the event and the purpose of the webinar, as well as giving a brief introduction to the Technical Note 16 and its impact on the courts.

Panel 1: Technical and Legal Aspects of the Technical Note No. 16: At 10:30 a.m., Judge Manuel de Faria Reis Neto, coordinator of Cinugep - TJTO, will present the definition and classification of electronic signatures (simple, advanced and qualified), as well as case studies.

Panel 2: CIJMG experience: At 10:55 a.m., Judge Mônica Silveira Vieira, co-producer of the Technical Note No. 16 and coordinator of the CIJMG Operational Group, will discuss the identification of anomalous litigation patterns, the impact of electronic signatures on contracts and judicial acts, and the intersection between abusive and predatory litigation and electronic signatures.

Panel 3: Numopede-TJDFT perspective: At 11:25 a.m., Judges Acácia Regina Soares de Sá and Maria Cecília Batista Campos, members of Numopede, will present practical examples of litigation identified and strategies to improve the use of electronic signatures in judicial proceedings.

Closing: Closing ceremony will take place at 11:55 am, conducted by the President of Cinugep-TJTO.
