Tjto Summons Candidates For The National Magistracy Exam For Hetero-Identification Assessment

The Selection and Training Commission of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO) is calling on candidates for the 2nd Edition of the National Judicial Exam (Enam) of 2024 to verify the veracity of their self-declaration as a black person (black or brown) by 4pm on August 15th.

The hetero-identification assessment will be carried out in two stages, the first of which is for the information to be sent to the following e-mail address: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., containing a frontal photograph, in color and in high resolution, where phenotypical characteristics will be taken into account.

Candidates who do not qualify in the first stage will be called back for the second stage by e-mail, indicating the place, day and time for an in-person interview.

Result

The result of the first stage containing the duly validated Self-Declaration Form is individual and it will be sent by e-mail by 16/8/2024.

Enam

The selection process is regulated and organized by the National School for the Training and Improvement of Magistrates (Enfam), under the supervision of the National Council of Justice (CNJ) and it will have the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV Knowledge) as its examining board.

With 80 questions, the exam will be objective and applied in all Brazilian capitals on October 20th. Passing the exam will be compulsory and a prerequisite for people wishing to apply for judgeships.
