With a great regret, the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) regrets the death of Professor Antônio Augusto Cançado Trindade, Brazilian Judge at the International Court of Justice. In this moment of mourning and sadness, let us remember the legacy of the late Brazilian jurist in the teaching of International Law, as well as in the fight for Human Rights, in the certainty that the memory of his brilliant work will never be forgotten.
