With the objective of strenghtening scientific research in the area of Law and promoting the training of the teaching staff of the School of Judges of Tocantins (Esmat), this is in partnership with the University Center of Brasília (UniCEUB) publishing the Notice of the selection process for the Dinter in Law. 20 vacancies will be offered, 12 for magistrates and 8 for civil servers from Tocantins.
As it is an Interinstitutional Doctorate (DINTER), with its own regulations from the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES), this class will have vacancies only for the internal public of the Judiciary in Tocantins (magistrates and civil servers of 1st and 2nd instances).
With areas of concentration in Public Policies, State and Development and Public Policies, Private Relations and Development, this group at Dinter UniCEUB-Esmat intends to continue the training of the School’s faculty; expand the space for scientific research; to promote the Exchange between UniCEUB professors and researchers with the magistrates and civil servers of the Justice Court of Tocantins; and improve jurisdictional provision.
Registrations for the candidate selection process is open and continues until October 14th. Only registrations over the internet will be accepted here on Esmat portal.
The selection among the candidates who have their applications approved will be made in three distinct online stages, all of eliminatory character. The final result will be equal to the sum of the grades obtained in the first and third stages. In the event of a tie, the tiebreaker will be the score obtained in the first stage. Registrations will take place from December 7th to 15th, 2020, from 9 to 8 pm.
