Saddened by the death of the retired magistrate Sândalo Bueno do Nascimento, the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins would like to express its sorrow at the passing of the renowned magistrate.
Husband of the Advisor of planning and institutional development Maria Luiza Nascimento, Judge Sândalo Bueno do Nascimento played an important role in the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins, where he held the highest positions and functions. He was one of the founders of ASMETO, and co-directed ESMAT with Marco Villas Boas from 2005 to 2007.
At ESMAT, he defended his master's dissertation in Judicial Provision and Human Rights in 2015 on the subject of Judicial control of the disciplinary administrative process in the face of non-compliance with constitutional guarantees, with a notable academic recognition.
Aware of the moment of sadness and recollection, Esmat prays to God to comfort family and friends in these moments of farewell and grief.
