The third edition of the Memory Journal, a communication project of the Permanent College of Directors of State Schools of Magistracy (COPEDEM) in partnership with Memory - the Legal Memory Center - is now available. This time, the material focuses on "The future of business and justice 5.0".
Readers interested in the journal will be able to explore texts on the protection of traditional knowledge of the indigenous peoples, the role of justice in access to health for Brazilians, issues related to agribusiness and sustainability, and other relevant topics.
The journal features the text on "The right to protection of traditional knowledge of the indigenous peoples in the face of global economy 4.0", signed by Justice Marco Villas Boas, President of Copedem and General Director of the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT).
