On Tuesday (September 5th), the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) began its external audit of 2023. The aim is to assess the compliance of the processes of the institution with the quality standards established by ISO 9001:2015.
The auditor in charge of the work is Renato Anselmo Junior, who will conduct the assessments via virtual meetings on the Google Meet platform. The audit will take place on September 5th and 6th.
The ISO 9001:2015 standard defines the requirements for guaranteeing quality standards and seeks customer satisfaction, as well as promoting continuous improvement in the performance of institutions. In the case of Esmat, the focus is on providing training and qualification services for Judges and civil servers of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins.
