The activities of the Class I of the Self-Knowledge at Work course began on Tuesday (August 15th), at the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT). The 40-hour course will continue until October 20th, 2023.
Taught by facilitator André Barreto Prudente, Class I is aimed at magistrates and civil servers from the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins. The training aims to help those registered in the process of self-knowledge at work through an understanding of their patterns of functioning and the fear of how these influence their relationship with work and with the people who relate to them in this context.
