The deadline for registering for the 2nd edition of the Justice and Health Award of the CNJ is August 30th. The initiative is promoted by the National Council of Justice (CNJ), through the National Forum of the Judiciary for Health (Fonajus).
Divided into two thematic axes, the award will cover practices related to reduce the judicialization of the public and supplementary health through the pre-procedural composition of conflicts (Axis I) and, likewise, actions to strengthen citizenship by promoting legal, procedural and institutional security for society in health demands (Axis II).
In total, 10 actions will be covered in each of the two thematic areas, divided into five categories: Court, Judge, Justice System, Public Power and Companies and Organized Civil Society.
Magistrates, civil servers of the Judiciary, actors from the Justice System and also from the Executive and Legislative branches, as well as companies or any private entity, can apply.
To take part, those interested need to fill in an application form available on the page dedicated to the award on the website of the CNJ. The dates for publication of the preliminary and final results, the deadline for appeals and the award ceremony will be published on this page in due course.
Access the Justice and Health Award regulations.
The winning initiatives will receive a certificate and the winning practices or those that receive an honorable mention may be published in the official communication vehicle of the Council, including the CNJ Portal of Good Practices of the Judiciary.
