The School of Judges of Tocantins (ESMAT) begins, this Wednesday (28th), the registration for the tutor selection process, to act in the People Management and Leadership course - Class II - from October 28th to November 3rd, 2020, available via web at the Esmat Portal. The course takes place from November 10th to 25th 2020.
The requirements for registration are: to be a server of the Justice Court of the State of Tocantins, in office; to be a graduate in any area of training; to have a sensu post-graduate degree in any area of training; to be trained as a tutor in Distance Education, with a minimum of 40 class hours, and discriminated against knowledge in Moodle. The total workload of each tutor will be up to 10 hours, and can be distributed daily and fulfilled outside the working hours of the magistrate or server.
Among the functions performed by the tutor are to monitor, evaluate and guide students in all activities of the People Management and Leadership course - Class II - via Virtual Learning Environment and WhatsApp Group of Esmat; to have a computer and internet in your home, to attend the student, via Esmat AVA; To accompany and assist in the theoretical-methodological development of the course; to accompany and assist in the didactic-pedagogical activities (interactivity and evaluation) of the course; to assist the Coordination and the professor in the preparation of the activities of interaction and evaluation of the students.
