The 1st Seminar on the Elderly in the Judiciary, with the theme on "Tocantins Scenario: Caring for Those Who Cared!", will be held on October 2nd, at 1pm. The event will take place in person in the auditorium of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO) for those registered in Palmas and, simultaneously, will be broadcast live for participants registered in cities in the interior of the State of Tocantins and other regions.

Held by the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT), the event aims to reinforce the importance of the elderly in society, their rights and duties, as well as strengthening the protection network for the rights of the elderly, combating violence against the elderly and encouraging society to get involved and participate in caring for those they first looked after.
