The second day of the Seminar on Brazil-France Research promoted by the Professional and Interdisciplinary Master's Program in Judicial Provision and Human Rights (PPGPJDH), in partnership with the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT), featured a lecture by the 1st Deputy Director of Esmat, Justice Ângela Issa Haonat.
In her lecture, the Justice, who holds a doctorate from the Pontifical Catholic University of the State of São Paulo and a post-doctorate from the University of Santiago de Compostela, talked about "The Role of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins in the Debureaucratization of the Land Regularization and the Urban Environment". Also on the program, Bleine Queiroz Caúla, professor of the University of the city of Fortaleza (UNIFOR), gave a lecture on "The (in)Sustainability of energy in the sector of electric cars and reverse logistics of batteries: an analysis of the legal economy".
With the theme on "The Legal Protection of the Environment", the Seminar was held in a hybrid format, being in person at the Institut de Criminologie et de Droit Pénal de Paris (ICP) of the Université Paris-Panthéon-Assas, in Paris, France.
