The Workshop on Competency Mapping and Workforce Sizing started this Thursday (June 15th) for the fifth group of students registered. The initial activities consist of the identification and mapping of competencies, aiming at the improvement of the participants.
The Workshop is directed to public servers and magistrates from the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins and it will last until tomorrow (June 16th). The event is being held in person at the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) by the facilitator Cezar Romeu de Almeida Quaresma.
