For those seeking a more flexible training throughout the year, the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) maintains, in 2026, an agenda of self-study courses held in the Virtual Learning Environment (AVA). In this format, each participant can organize their own routine of studies within the period established in the notice, with access to the contents, activities and evaluations ONLINE.
In addition to the courses that already have open registrations, the School also has new training planned for the next few months:
Preparation for Teleworking
Among the options already available is the Preparatory course for Teleworking. With 300 vacancies, the training is aimed at magistrates and civil servers of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins (PJTO) and it remains open with registrations until October 30th.
According to the Notice no. 017 of 2026, the proposal is to guide and enable the performance of labor activities outside the physical facilities of the Judiciary, under a teleworking regime, in the form of the Resolution no. 20 of June 24, 2020. The course has a 24-hour workload and it remains available on AVA until November 15th.

Eproc – 1st degree and Eproc – 2nd degree
Registrations for the courses on Eproc - 1st degree and Eproc - 2nd degree, both with 500 places and intended for magistrates, civil servers, legal residents and trainees of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins, according to the level of activity.
According to the Notices 018 and 019 of 2026, the objective of the two training is to guide users regarding the use of the system and proper process handling in the Eproc System, with the tools provided. Registrations are open until October 30th, and courses remain accessible on AVA until November 15th.

Getting to know Google Workspace
In the area of technology applied to institutional routine, Esmat also offers the course: Getting to know Google Workspace: Online Collaboration and Cloud Storage. With 200 vacancies and a workload of 25 hours, the training is aimed at magistrates, civil servers and trainees of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins.
According to the Notice 007 of 2026, the course aims to enable the introductory and practical use of the main tools of Google Workspace, focusing on online collaboration, institutional communication and cloud storage, promoting more digital autonomy and productivity in the workplace. Among the contents are Gmail, Google Chat and Groups, Agenda, Meet, Drive, Shared Drives, Documents, Spreadsheets and Forms, as well as common situations experienced in the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO). Tackling Domestic and Family Violence against Women
Another training with open registrations is the course on Tackling Domestic and Family Violence against Women, with 500 places and aimed at professionals from the institutions that make up the network for confronting violence against women, including members of the Judiciary, State Prosecution, Public Defender’s Office, public security, social assistance, health, guardianship councils and reference centers.

According to the Notice no. 054 of 2026, the goal is to train these professionals to properly recognize cases, apply legal and humanized procedures, assess risks, and articulate effective inter-institutional responses, contributing to the protection of victims and the prevention of violence.
In AVA, the course gathers content on concepts and types of domestic and family violence, Maria da Penha Law, emergency protective measures, qualified listening, humanized reception, risk assessment and network action. Registrations are open until October 30th.

Integration into the Quality Management System
In the case of the course on Integration into the Quality Management System and Institutional Strategy of Esmat, the action is specifically directed to civil servers, trainees and consultants working at the School. According to the Notice no. 002 of 2026, the objective is to promote an integrated understanding of the Quality Management System of Esmat and its Institutional Strategy, empowering participants to act in a manner aligned with governance principles and the requirements of the ABNT NBR ISO 9001:2015 and the strategic objectives of the School. The activities are conducted by Vinícius Fernandes Barboza and, on this disclosure, there will be no registration link available.
Following activities
In addition to the training already available, other self-study courses already appear in the calendar of the School. The course on Management by Competences: fundamentals and practices will have open registrations from May 11th. For civil servers of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins, with 150 places and a 12-hour workload, the course is scheduled to start on the 18th of the same month.
According to the Notice no. 048 of 2026, the proposal is to enable participants to understand the conceptual and methodological foundations of the management by competences and to know the main instruments used for its application in the organizational context, especially within the Court.
The course on Postural Adjustment and Workplace Ergonomics will have registrations started from May 22nd, with 100 vacancies intended for accredited physiotherapists who work in providing services to the Judiciary.
According to the Notice no. 074 of 2026, the goal is to promote the alignment of knowledge necessary for the adequate provision of ergonomic care, ensuring technical standardization, quality assistance and alignment with institutional needs, with a focus on postural adjustment and the prevention of injuries related to labor activities. The training will have a workload of 4 hours and it will be available on AVA from June 1st to November 15th.
