The self-study course on "Integration into the Quality Management System and Institutional Strategy of Esmat" is already available in the Virtual Learning Environment (AVA) of the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins. The training is aimed at civil servers, trainees and consultants of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins (TCM) working at Esmat.
According to the Notice no. 002 of 2026, the course aims to promote an integrated understanding of the Quality Management System of Esmat (QMS) and its Institutional Strategy. The proposal is to enable participants to act in a manner aligned with the principles of governance, the requirements of the ABNT NBR ISO 9001:2015 Norm and the strategic objectives of the School, strengthening the culture of quality, continuous improvement and delivery of public value to society.
The activities are conducted by the administrator and PhD student in Governance and Digital Transformation, by the Federal University of the state of Tocantins (UFT), Vinícius Fernandes Barboza. Civil server of Esmat since 2009, the facilitator acts as the Control supervisor of the School and he is responsible for implementing, maintaining and improving the Quality Management System, certified by the NBR ISO 9001:2015 Norm, in addition to the management of the Strategic Planning and Institutional Development Plan.
With a total workload of 20 hours for certification, the course is structured into five modules and it can be accessed autonomously by participants until November 15th.
