Judicial Officers Participate In An In-Person Course On Eproc At The Second Instance

The classrooms of the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) have been open since January, but it was on that Monday (Feb 9th) that the first in person course of 2026 brought together the staff of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins, with the start of the first class of the training on "Eproc system in the 2nd instance", held at the School.

The course takes place in four classes, organized by areas of activity, with parallel activities aimed at offices and courts. The schedule includes classes until the end of the week, February 13th, always from 12 to 6 p.m. The training aims to guide users regarding the use of the system and proper procedural handling in Eproc, focusing on the use of tools available for the routine of the Second Instance.

Among the contents are the flow of processes among office, secretariat and session, creation of standard texts and minutes, localizers, reports, judgment sessions and automations that contribute to standardization and work efficiency. The activities are led by facilitators Celma Barbosa Pereira, Valéria Fortes Bodas, Juliane Silva Fernandes and Pamela da Rocha Pires Ferreira.

Participant of the Class I, the legal advisor João Pedro Borges de Souza highlighted the potential of the course to improve routine. "I think it is very interesting mainly to learn about the automations and the procedures to make our work more efficient", he said.

Already, the technical advisor of Justice Luiz Augusto Gonzaga Barros Rezende evaluated the initiative as an opportunity for practical gain in the day to day of the offices. According to him, the course has been "very useful" and it presents "important and facilitating tools", as well as contributing to increase the security of those who have not had contact with the system in the Second Instance yet.

“For those who did not have direct contact with the second grade system yet, the course has been fundamental to better understand the features and gain more security in using the platform. As for the servers who came from the first degree or who already have some familiarity with the system, the training has also been very valuable as an update and as an opportunity to learn about new tools and features that optimize work", he contextualized.
