Began in the afternoon of Monday (November 3rd), the course on "Network Monitoring using the open source tool Zabbix", promoted by the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat), in partnership with the 4Linux company. The training is aimed at civil servers of the Directorate of Information Technology (DTINF), General Internal Affairs and Esmat itself, focusing on the improvement of technical skills in IT infrastructure.
With a workload of 40 hours, the course takes place remotely, live, and has as facilitator the IT consultant Emerson Araújo da Silva. In the first class, the participants had contact with fundamental concepts of monitoring, architecture of Zabbix and the importance of the strategic use of the tool for the efficient management of technological resources of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins.
The course schedule runs until November 14th, with contents ranging from the installation of the tool to advanced monitoring of databases, networks and various services, as well as backup practices, security and performance tuning.
