Course Will Cover Planning And Management Of Contracts

On September 30th and October 1st, the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) will hold the course on “Planning and Governance Tools in Bidding and Contracts - 2025,” aimed at employees of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins who work in the areas of Contracting, Bidding, Planning, and Contract Management. Registrations are by nomination.

With a class load of 16 face-to-face hours, the training will be held at Esmat in the city of Palmas and it aims to enable employees to understand and apply the principles, planning tools, and governance mechanisms required by the New Law on Bidding and Contracts and the Resolution No. 347 of the National Council of Justice (CNJ), promoting the internalization of a risk management culture based on the Risk Matrix of the CNJ and results, as well as the principles of integrity and sustainability, in the various phases of the bidding processes and contract execution, and conducting a more efficient, transparent, and aligned contracting with the strategic objectives of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins.

The activity will be led by Professor Tatiana Camarão, a specialist in Administrative Law. The content covers topics such as: Governance in Contracting, Strategic Planning, Risk Matrix, Elaboration of Preliminary Technical Studies (ETP), Terms of Reference (TR), Annual Contracting Plan, Integrity and Sustainability Policy in Bidding Processes.
