The course on “How to work in and with groups”, aimed at the civil servers of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins who work in the Center for Support and Psychosocial Reception (NAPsi), had its first virtual meeting on Thursday (October 31st). With a class load of 20 hours, the training continues in hybrid form until November 5th.
The activities taught by Professor Luiz Carlos Osório aim to train participants using a theoretical and practical approach that facilitates intervention with groups in the workplace.
This first training meeting dealt with topics such as the issue of scientific paradigms, the conceptualization of human systems, theoretical and practical frameworks for the study of microsystems, the interdisciplinary approach and its origin in systemic thinking, among other subjects.
