With the aim of training civil servers in the Judiciary to map processes using the BPMN 2.0 notation, the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) will be holding the course in Mapping of Process and Risks - Theory and Practice - from May 13th to 15th, to help identifying the risks present and model the processes by making improvements based on the risks identified, in accordance with the methodology established in the Risk Management Manual of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins.
The activities will be held in person at Esmat, and the course has a class load of 20 hours. The facilitators are: Ana Carolina Alcântara Vago and Sandro Tomazele de Oliveira Lima.
